Provides financial and technical support to the Finance Department. Investment and cash management activities, receivables, expenses, performance measures, assist in the development of monthly and annual financial statements. Act as servicing agent between program and accounting departments, along with some Human Resource duties as well. **QUALIFICATIONS: **Successful applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college plus two years professional experience or equivalent combination of education/experience; knowledge of tax-exempt bonds and related regulations; extensive education/experience in finance, bonds, investments and financial accounting preferable; ability to interpret bond resolutions, documents and regulations; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work cooperatively on existing and new housing programs; excellent oral and written skills; current computer/technological skills. **LOCATION: **Pierre, SD **STARTING WAGE: **$24.00 - $26.50 per hour.
